My name is Robin Sosnow (@RobinSosnowEsq). I'm a securities attorney in NYC, graduate school professor at CMU, and founder of LawLab. My focus is on equity crowdfunding, startups, legal innovation, and blockchain technology. NYC Blockchain week is kicking off! We'll be attending some of the following events, get in touch with us if you'll be there!
- Monday, May 13th: Blockchain Week Rooftop Kick-off Party. Join fellow blockchain enthusiasts at this event hosted by the Decentralized Exchange Network. 7PM-1AM, Mykonos Blue Rooftop, 127 W. 18th St. $30-$200.
- Tuesday, May 14th: German Blockchain Startups - The Security Token Ecosystem. In Quarter One of this year, the German regulator BaFin approved the first German digital securities sale. Join host Agora Innovation GmbH as they discuss the future of digital securities in international economies. 6PM-8PM, WeWork 950 6th Ave. Free.
- Tuesday, May 14th: Security Token future global event. Host SMC Capital brings together "1,500+ attendees including representatives of 70 investment funds, dozen of world-class security lawyers, top 20 exchanges, and leading issuance platforms". 4PM-7PM, TKP New York Conference Center

- Tuesday, May 14th: The EOS Party & Networking Event One of the two late-night events on our list, this soiree is being held in the secretive Wooly event space underneath the Woolworth building in the Financial District. Hosted by Carbon and AIKON. 10PM-2AM, 11 Barclay St. Free.
- Wednesday, May 15th: 2019 Blockchain DJ Party | Post Consensus. Another late night event, this one hosted at Club 57. Sponsored by Spark Blockchain, this event features multiple DJs and opportunities to mingle amongst your blockchain peers! 10PM-2AM, 627 West 51st St. $10-$600.
- Thursday, May 16th: Security Token Offering Launch + Exchanges. Join Citdex Accelerator for their weekly event on the Elise Rooftop where they discuss the development of digital securities and where influencers can mingle and support new ventures. 6PM-8PM, 1412 Broadway, 25th Floor. Free.
- Friday, May 17th: BitAngels NYC May Event. This breakfast event will provide an opportunity to learn about new regulations and cryptocurrency projects amongst industry leaders. 9AM-11AM, Velocity Ledger, 147 W. 26th Street. $25.
