• SEC Form 1-Z (upon conclusion of reporting)
• 5% discount on additional services (during an active subscription)
• Waiver of retainer on additional services

Add-On services cover additional legal needs beyond the scope of the monthly subscription. They include services such as:

All Add-On Services are subject to separate agreements and fees.

Messaging is a feature available within the Client Portal where you are able to pose a question to your legal team.

Your legal team will be able to answer questions within their practice area expertise and will be able to direct you to additional resources as needed. If you have a legal need that falls outside of our firm’s practice areas, we have a network of attorneys we can refer you to for support.

An active Reg A: Post-Launch Compliance Subscription includes the preparation and filing of the company’s Form 1-K, Form 1-SA, Form 1-U, and Supplements. Additional contract review or drafting tasks are considered “Add-On” Services, meaning additional fees will be incurred. Add-On Services can be easily kicked off through the Client Portal as needed.

You can easily sign up through the provided sign-up link, where you’ll be able to review and e-sign the legal services agreement and pay the subscription amount.

Cancelling your subscription will result in the termination of the subscription plan at the end of the billing cycle. This means, you will no longer be eligible for the benefits offered to subscription plan members, including the preparation of the SEC forms and associated filings, discounts and retainer waivers. Upon termination, the firm may remove your access from the Client Portal, provided that you do not have any other active engagements with the firm at such time. Post-termination, the Firm will not be responsible advising the company on its regulatory compliance obligations nor for the preparation or filing of any SEC forms.

To ensure we can provide access to affordable legal advice, refunds are generally not offered once an attorney-client relationship is established. Subscribers gain immediate value upon subscribing, and you can cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are only granted in cases where a payment is processed for a prospective client who subsequently does not pass a conflicts check. In most such cases, pending charges are reversed before processing is completed.
