What are "Add-On" services?

Add-On services cover additional legal needs beyond the scope of the monthly subscription. They include services such as:

  • Attorney consultations outside of office hours
  • Document reviews
  • Legal research
  • Legal drafting

All Add-On Services are subject to separate agreements and fees.

What are office hours?

Office hours are zoom meetings held every other week where attorneys address topics of interest and answer your questions. You can request to meet in a break out room during office hours to keep your communication confidential.

What are messages?

Messaging is a feature available within the Client Portal where you are able to pose a question to your legal team.

Will all of my legal questions be addressed under this subscription plan?

Your legal team will be able to answer questions within their practice area expertise and will be able to direct you to additional resources as needed. If you have a legal need that falls outside of our firm’s practice areas, we have a network of attorneys we can refer you to for support.

Does this subscription plan include contract review or drafting?

The Lean Startup Subscription – our base level plan – does not include contract review or drafting. These are considered “add on” services, meaning additional fees will be incurred. Add-On Services can be easily kicked off through the Client Portal as needed.

Can I customize the Lean Startup Subscription?

Yes, we offer flexible solutions to meet your specific needs. You can schedule a complimentary consultation with our founder to discuss a custom startup package tailored to your requirements.

How do I sign up for the Lean Startup Subscription?

You can easily sign up through the provided sign-up link, where you’ll be able to review and e-sign the legal services agreement and pay the subscription amount.

What happens when I cancel?

Cancelling your subscription will result in the termination of the subscription plan at the end of the billing cycle. This means, you will no longer be eligible for the benefits offered to subscription plan members, including discounts and retainer waivers. Upon termination, the firm may remove your access from the Client Portal, provided that you do not have any other active engagements with the firm at such time.

Are refunds available?

To ensure we can provide access to affordable legal advice, refunds are generally not offered once an attorney-client relationship is established. Subscribers gain immediate value upon subscribing, and you can cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are only granted in cases where a payment is processed for a prospective client who subsequently does not pass a conflicts check. In most such cases, pending charges are reversed before processing is completed.
