Leo is an associate at Sosnow & Associates PLLC. Prior to joining the firm, Leo worked at various boutique law firms and gained experienced in corporate law, private placement offerings, fund formation, financial technology transactions, and other related legal matters. Additionally, Leo was an assistant product manager at LG Electronics, USA, Inc., where he was a gatekeeper for new product launches in the home appliance division. Leo has also held positions for LG’s marketing subsidiary, HS Ad, as an account manager for the experiential and in-store marketing teams.
Leo’s passion for business, law, and technology is complemented by his unique background and skills which has been instrumental in assisting with complex transactions and digital security offerings. His knowledge, curiosity, and interest in blockchain and cryptocurrencies has been helpful in understanding the various and complex legal needs of issuers, market participants, and other interested parties.
Leo earned his J.D. and certificate in corporate and business law from Rutgers law School and his B.S. in finance from Fordham University. Leo was a Fintech Program Researcher at Rutgers Law School funded by the University Blockchain Research Initiative operated by Ripple.
Leo is a native English speaker and can also speak Korean.
