Ryan Blum is a corporate and securities attorney who is passionate about supporting innovation at the intersection between law, policy and technology. Ryan has supported businesses across many industry groups through various stages of their lifecycle, from formation through several rounds of capital raising. In particular, Ryan has represented early stage and emerging growth companies in their efforts to raise capital through debt and equity private placements under Regulation D and Regulation Crowdfunding. In addition, Ryan has counseled several capital-raising intermediaries and service providers, including SEC and FINRA registered funding portals and broker-dealers, transfer agents, and alternative trading systems. Ryan also has experience representing real estate, legal technology and digital asset funds.
Beyond his corporate and securities practice, Ryan is also interested in intellectual property, information law, and data protection law.
