This Subscription is designed for businesses that have completed a Regulation A+ offering and now require consistent, specialized legal support for ongoing regulatory compliance. It is perfect for companies seeking to manage their SEC filings, such as Forms 1-K, 1-SA, 1-U, 1-Z and Supplements, while having ongoing access to legal advice and educational resources. This plan is for businesses that want proactive legal support to help them scale without the need for continuous re-engagement or individual legal requests.

An active Reg A: Post-Launch Compliance Subscription includes the preparation and filing of the company's Form 1-K, Form 1-SA, Form 1-U, and Supplements. Additional contract review or drafting tasks are considered “Add-On” Services, meaning additional fees will be incurred. Add-On Services can be easily kicked off through the Client Portal as needed.

You can easily sign up through the provided sign-up link, where you'll be able to review and e-sign the legal services agreement and pay the first month's subscription amount.
Cancelling your subscription will result in the termination of the subscription plan at the end of the billing cycle. This means, you will no longer be eligible for the benefits offered to subscription plan members, including the preparation of the SEC forms and associated filings, discounts and retainer waivers. Upon termination, the firm may remove your access from the Client Portal, provided that you do not have any other active engagements with the firm at such time. Post-termination, the Firm will not be responsible advising the company on its regulatory compliance obligations nor for the preparation or filing of any SEC forms.
To ensure we can provide access to affordable legal advice, refunds are generally not offered once an attorney-client relationship is established. Subscribers gain immediate value upon subscribing, and you can cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are only granted in cases where a payment is processed for a prospective client who subsequently does not pass a conflicts check. In most such cases, pending charges are reversed before processing is completed.
