She’s passionate about providing legal services using technology that allow for greater access for society at large.

Amy’s mission is to provide deep knowledge, business savvy, efficient services, and exceptional responsiveness to clients. Her belief is that technology is integral to dynamic legal practices, and that innovation can optimize otherwise conventional processes. She is an ardent proponent of providing competent legal services for all, regardless of economic status. Early in her career, Amy saw the need to balance her enthusiasm for innovative legal practices with the creation of opportunities for non-traditional investors to enter real estate investment markets. She has been in-house and outside general counsel to various real estate crowdfunding and fintech startups, promoting her mission to provide capital-raising opportunities to those who were unable to secure funding using more traditional methods.

Amy saw the opportunity that legal technology created for those who would not traditionally engage in real estate investments, and sought more opportunities to capitalize on emerging technology to support this growth. As mentioned above, Amy developed Bootstrap Legal which provides affordable legal counsel to small businesses using groundbreaking AI technology.

Amy’s current practice focuses on securities law—primarily real estate syndication. She strives to keep up to date on trends in legal technology and is passionate about technology and entrepreneurship in general. She is eager to participate in the continual transformation of legal practices as impacted by ever-evolving technology, and will endeavor to integrate these new services in efforts to uphold her mission of legal counsel for all.
