From inception, Sosnow and Associates PLLC has focused on promoting alternative methods of fundraising in emerging industries, including equity crowdfunding and digital asset offerings. Multi-Family Summit

Partner Amy Wan joined the Multi-Family Summit in October 2020 to highlight real estate syndication and Bootstrap Legal. She highlighted the ten most important things to know when dealing with the legal aspects of real estate syndication, including how to choose what type of raise to engage in and how to use Bootstrap Legal to easily develop the legal paperwork needed to begin the fundraising process. Furthermore, Amy identified some of the unique benefits of engaging in  this type of fundraising and how this method is revolutionizing the real estate crowdfunding market.

KoreSummit

Partner Robin Sosnow joined a fireside chat at KoreSummit: Miami in February 2019 alongside industry leaders to discuss the current US regulatory framework regarding digital securities. More specifically, Robin and her colleagues delved into different fundraising options and the integration of digital securities into otherwise traditional capital raises. Focusing on Reg CF, Reg A+, and Reg D, the group highlighted how digital assets can transform traditional fundraising while giving light to regulatory obstacles that prospective fundraisers need to be wary of.

OTC Markets

The CfPA and OTC Markets Group hosted a moderated discussion in April 2019 on regulatory updates and rulemaking efforts being proposed in Washington D.C. and how they could impact small public companies. Dan Zinn, General Counsel of OTC Markets Group moderated the discussion with CfPA members Robin Sosnow, Partner at Sosnow & Associates and Vince Molinari, the Co-Founder of Templum, Inc, and the CEO of its subsidiary, Templum Markets, LLC.

Security Token Academy

Our partners Amy Wan and Robin Sosnow spoke with Security Token Academy in January 2020, underscoring how many of the questions her clients have are similar to those asked during a traditional fundraise. Drawing parallels between traditional fundraises and raises incorporating digital securities, Robin also delved into offshore issues taking advantage of securities regulations in the United States to engage in fundraising. Most importantly, Robin highlighted service providers in the industry that are working closely with issuers to bring digital security raises to the main stream.
