Yuga Labs, the company that created Bored Apes Yacht Club (BAYC), announced that it will create and distribute apecoin tokens to provide users with exclusive access to Bored Ape content. 8% of the coins go to founders; 15% go to developers; 1% goes to the Jane Goodall Foundation; 14% goes to influencers and early investors; 15% goes to owners of Bored and Mutant Ape NFTs; and 47% will be released into general circulation.
