Côme Laffay Joins the Team

We are pleased to announce that Côme Laffay has joined our firm as a Graduate Law Clerk. Côme began working for Sosnow & Associates in November 2018.  He “was drawn to New York by the city’s vibrant international and startup scene.” Before moving to New York, Côme worked extensively in the entertainment industry in Europe. Since then, he has been keenly interested in Copyright law, Trademarks and Brands, Startup Law, and Entertainment Law, which led him to complete an LLM degree in intellectual Property at the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.

Prior to joining the team, Côme worked as a legal translator in New York, drafting, interpreting, and negotiating in the context of corporate, employment and taxation Law, between English, French, and German. He “was attracted to Sosnow & Associates because of the Firm’s commitment to excel in the most modern techniques of capital raising.” He aims to “facilitate the success of his clients by delivering the best work product and securities law solutions possible.”

“We are delighted to have Côme Laffay on our close knit-team. Côme brings tremendous energy, enthusiasm and international experience to our Firm. With Côme joining us, we are even stronger and better suited to serve our multi-national clientele,” said Robin Sosnow, Founding Partner at Sosnow & Associates.
